Our two professionally decorated sample units are open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for your inspection.  The beautifully furnished Heron and Egret models highlight the very best that Osprey Point has to offer active adults.

Our “State of the Art” club house is open and being used for many occasions including;

• Line dancing and other social events
• Board games, mahjong, monopoly, and many more
• “State of the art” exercise room.
• Follow your favorite sports teams and watch movies with your friends on the large screen TV
• Simply get together with your friends and talk in the gorgeous great room.
• Friday night parties by the pool

We have now settled over 124 units and are in our final phase, with about 18 units remaining.
